Why Sivir is unable to use her E during Q cast time?
For an ability that has no cast time itself like nocturne's W, that shit made me lose fights.

Probably some lore reason. But idk how that’s losing you much. I never even noticed it when I play her and seem to manage just fine.
Does sivir E really have no cast time? I assumed it did have a small cast time, because the spell shield visual does take a small amount of time to appear
