You never build on WW because he's more of ability user than an auto attacker. Your main job is to Fear someone with your E or ult when you dive them. You build because at 900 gold while building cinderhulk, you can get which helps with your wave clear in the jg while also giving you health. Plus with you clear even more. Don't build either because your W passive boosts your atk spd when a jg camp or enemy champion is half health and builds up more when they have like 10% left of their health (Don't believe me? Look it up). Get either if they have CC or if they are AD heavy or the enemy adc is fed if you plan on ganking bot or fighting.

Also Stormraiders is an okay mastery, but you're much better off either with Fervor or Courage of the Colossus. Even though I said WW is more of a Ability rather than auto, Fervor boosts your ad everytime you auto or use an ability when you gank and damage the enemy champ, meaning your Q does more damage because it scales with AD even though its applying AP damage. Colossus on the hand is easy to proc because you have CC and helps you survive more when fighting.

Don't like my advice? Good luck trying to get out of bronze (troll/smurf). I played WW back season 5 and 6 with lv6 mastery before his rework. And if there was a website that show my match history with WW, you see how well I performed.
