What am I doing wrong?

I've been losing more than half of the games I play recently, even though most of the time I don't have very many deaths, and usually win lane. How am I supposed to carry 4 people when I main toplane and have only been playing for around 2-2.5 months? Help please.

same i been playing since season 3. just play few normal couple arams few 3v3 and you should be good rito on just dumbshit not releasing game modes.
