How do I fight Nasus?

The first 10 minutes I can stop him from farming pretty well, it's just when I have to back to buy items he free farms and stacks Qs like crazy, not all of them ofc but most. And almost always they max W 2nd (I generally go Tryndamere into him). Then he becomes such a problem to the point where I cannot stop him from farming and he can even kill me.

Well you don't fight nasus, you kill and destroy his other 4 team players that how you win against nasus or just banned him like me in every match unless top going to play him and going to get him for sure.
