Did You ever consider creating an item that offers Armor Pen and Magic Pen? Maybe built from Haunting Guise and Brutalizer? I think it could open up so many build paths for so many champions, that would really bring up the rest of the hybrid items in the game and also that goes in line with the strategical diversety policy you have been adopting, dont you agree?

Kat's been reworked to AP assassin. Akali builds Hextech and that's the only AD she gets. Jax reworked into a bruiser that focuses on AD items, although dealing magic damage. etc.
At this point, I don't think Riot wants Hybrid champions to function well in this game.
Of course some people are gonna respond to me saying "well I went in a ranked game and played full damage Jax with nashor's, tri, hextech, bork, and zhonyas!!111!!!"
I'm sure Hybrid Jax worked out fine for you but BoRK/Tri/Tank Jax probably would have worked better. There are always different ways to build champions but there's always one optimal way to build them for a situation.
Juds1 votesRiot is allways talking about, the central thing is the fun that people have playing on theyre on way, and there are many champions that could use somthing like this, not just that ones, Varus, Kog, Diana, Nidalee, Etc. It´s a question of mantain the greatest diversity possible, at least thats my opinion! :)

LilxPaprika1 votesI would like an item that can apply magic pen despite offering no ap stat on the item. And vice versa with ad. But that's just me. Like an item with an active like nasus spirit fire, without benefiting team mates just you, and would reduce their resistance per second they stand in it, by -7magic resist per sec. Or both -7armor and Mr per sec Would be good on Yorick. It wouldn't do any damage either and would have a fairly short cool down. Like hydra.
