Max Attack Speed Champions?

Could someone give me a list of ADC's that always try to max out their attack speed? I tried figuring it out myself but there are a few of them I'm honestly not sure about. I'm a support main, back when I used to play adc I generally stuck with Twitch and Kog'maw c:

The reason I ask is because as a Taric main I really wanna know which lane partners can make the most out of those short 2.5 seconds of my ultimate.

Also, if you're a dirty Yi main looking for a funneling duo partner, you can get the fuck out >:C

Krindred can break the cap pretty easy and you can chain ultis. Gloriously cheese.

Any dps with right click champion. But I don't think that the optimal use for Taric. You want in your team champions with gap closers and exceptional burst damage and ability to chain CC with you - and probably a voice chat to synchonize the engage with your stun.
