Corki - Ability Change Idea

So I love playing Corki, own the Arcade Corki Skin, and came up with this idea for him:

Replace Missile Barrage ability with Hextech Munitions. Not sure what the CD should be.
Replace his normal attack with the Missile Barrage. This could be set up similar to Nocturne's Umbra Blades ability, or just every third attack.

My reason: -I think it would make Corki a lot more fun to play. -It'd be great to see Hextech munitions more often (could be nerfed a bit if necessary). -Remove the need for Corki to back to grab the package. It's cool, but I don't see any other champions having to back to grab an ability.

Thoughts?

God no.. this is so terrible, would make him absolutely useless.. His whole character revolves around munitions making him hard to counter if hes ahead because he goes through both resistences.. making that a CD? That completely destroys the whole adc rendering him useless because anybody else would be better.. you sound like you're trying to make him a 3 shot attck speed jhin without the dmg, crit or utility
