Move speed Sion

I was thinking of how awesome it would be if Sion's ultimate's speed scaled with his bonus move speed. People could make a comp to just speed up the Sion to incredible speeds; enough to even move across the map faster than one who TPs there. It may be a bit too OP so the bonus could be low, but it would be an interesting thing to play especially as one who loves to play the new Sion rework. Thanks Rito.
