I was just talking with my brother the other day about the game, him being more of a CSGO player (lame I know) but he brought up the fact that there was not an in game voice chat within league of legends, so now I ask myself and you other member of the community, why is there not an in game voice chat?
Akaterina3 votesWhy do people want voip so badly. If you want it make friends and use skype/ts/vent or whatever. Considering how awful the community is in chat as it is, and with experience from other competitive games that do have built in voip I am perfectly fine with the system the way it is.

Princess Emma3 votesOther games have voice chat because they can handle it more often than not and their game play doesn't make people tilt like League does. People say things like CoD has bad mouthing, but not nearly as terrible as League.
Not only that, but people already consider this one of the top games with toxicity and voice chat will just make things worse. Banning others may be more complicated since you actually would have to listen out for voices instead of reading the chat, and I doubt they would put resources or effort into listening either.
League of Legends is simply not ready for voice chat. It will bring more harm than good. If you really want to chat with your team mates, it would be best to ask if they would like to Skype or w/e in the lobby.
