I've had this bug on 3 occasions, each time having horrible input lag and the bug affected every single game.
On each occasion this bug has lasted months on end so game after game I can't perform anywhere near optimally because I'll suddenly be rendered useless. I've pretty much been forced to play less serious game modes because of this (hell I can't even attempt ranked out of fear of this bug).
So far Riot has said nothing in response to people who openly voiced their experiencing this bug (this bug started from about 2 patches before the last arurf event from what I've experienced) - Riot hasn't openly declared the bug exists nor that they had fixed it at some point.
The sad part is that any keyboard input can be delayed up to 10 seconds, which can easily force a game into a 4v5-esque situation (it's almost as bad as having an afk).
So far I've seen people who have high spec computers and ones with low specs encounter the same issue and nothing so far actually fixes it (on the user's side).
The only times when the bug disappeared is a few days after a patch (I have no clue as to why) and then a patch later it comes back with a vengeance.
In all honesty I'm starting to loathe playing League all because I'm stuck with the frustration of having to be useless for at least 2-4 minutes of every game (I honestly feel bad for my team). I really want to participate in events and play league in the normal humdrum manner I'm used to but I've been unable to enjoy such things at all.
Here's hoping it does get fixed and if you can please submit a ticket with as much detail as possible in order to hopefully have this hellish situation over and done with.
