Are we getting a new champion before worlds?

We are currently on patch 6.13 and IIRC 6.18 is the worlds patch. has been out for almost 2 months now. I'm just curious.

Unless im against Fizz, I dont really connect with you. I do play alot of selfpeel/assassin counter mages tho like Liss or Syndra.

Yes. They answered this in the State of the Season. They said somewhere between then 6.12 and 6.18 (Worlds Patch) Ryze's rework would drop and a new champ would release. Note the section at the bottom. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/gameplay/state-season-mid-season-followup

Kench and braum. As far as the slow releases are, support tanks have been frequent.

A) A Yordle

B) From the plague jungles

Dunno, depends if it'll be ready. Riot's release schedule is painfully slow now and if something they planned for release isn't ready, we'll have an extra 2 months of wait time.

As long as they take their time and release something unique like bard or Sol. Talia was just meh. Could've done without her release tbh not an interesting champion.

Well they said in the post mid season update thing that IN BETWEEN the support patchs being 6.13 and 6.14 and the competitive patches there will be a new champion well if there schedule allows it atleast

they said 1 champ and a rework.. so inc new champ sometime.

maybe 2 reworks was the rumor.. so.. cross your fingers for the new yorick .. and sorry to the people who did 23k games last month.. but 46% win rate is alittle ruff to see.
