Balancing champions in ARAM for Both Teams

I have seen lots of ARAM games where in one team we get 3 or 4 support champs, and then the other team all fighters/marksman.

As random as ARAM is, it does not account for those imbalances like these. I believe it would be a lot better to balance roles in each team, so that one team does not get too many champs on one role, and the other as well...... Have you been in a 3 support 2 marksman fight against another team where everybody has stun? Random champions with balancing ROLES in each team.

Another thing is, as much as it forces people to play roles and champs at random, it should at least let one select the one role I want to NOT play.... or a blacklist of champs that I do NOT want to play. Let's face it, even if you know all champions and how to use them all, there are just those champions you really don't like, or don't feel like playing.

I believe these two elements would allow to still get a random champion, but within reasonable balancing of the game, and not in the role I really do not want to play.
