Graves passive

Graves is a very short ranged adc, he has 525 range and, compared to most 550 or lower-ranged ADCs he has only his R as consistent long-ranged damage. His Q is almost meaningless unless you use it in melee range (where you hit all three shots of Buckshot) or are extremely fed. To summarize, he needs to get in extremely dangerous zones to apply his full burst. And the nearer you must get to apply damage, the higher must be your defences (and mobility). Last but not least, his passive is very strong in lane, but quite weaker afterwards when you hardly have time to stack your passive before a teamfight erupts.
