Dodge Penalty vs Trolls Fix

"YOU NEED TO ADD THIS FEATURE!!! durring champ select, some players will troll pick someone like garren mid, even after someone else is already going mid. there needs to be 2 options durring champ select. first and foremost, you need to be able to report this person right then and there. otherwise, someone might dodge and get dinged with a leaver penalty and loss of LP if its a ranked (which most of the time it is, so maybe only have these features in ranked que?).

The Next feature is an important one. there needs to be the option that u can all vote on one person to not get dinged the the LP loss OR the leaver penatly. that way, one person can leave, not get ANY penalties for doing so, and help the other 3 people out from lossing LP, not to mension the time wasted playing the ranked game with a troll.

If all 4 people who voted all report the same person (the troll) he losses LP and has the leaver penalty.

adding these features will help the players who actually want to play the game succeed and the players that just want to be jerks will get caught before any harm is done. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!!!!"
