Tether Indicators

Just posting a potential improvement i believe Riot could put in the game: indicators for champions with tethers.

With the prevalence of Morgana emerging as a support and her infamus multi-target tether ultimate, Riot stepped in and added an indicator to make it easier to judge if that flash you're about to do puts you safely out of the stun or not. But Morgana isn't the only champion with a tethered skill and she certainly isn't the only one where not succeeding to get out of it can sometimes get you killed.

The main champions i believe this would apply to have to be LeBlanc and Nocturne. Their E abilities leading into quite strong crowd control without an indication of the tether's break limit. This means victims don't know how far they have to go and the champions themselves aren't sure how close they need to be to sustain it, but the second part mainly applies only to LeBlanc.

Other champions with tethered abilities include Karma, Swain and Fiddlesticks. Karma also provides a snare, but Fiddlesticks and Swain's last ticks of damage could be avoided smartly if tether range if provided. In the case of fiddlesticks it also gives him an idea of when he needs to start chasing again.

Malzahar's ultimate is also technically a tethered ability so if you're going to add tethers to them all you might as well add his. Overall i think that tether indicators provide good information for both teams, and it's gone down well with Morgana so why not give the others a bit of QoL?

Agreed. I had no idea that karma's laser was a tether until I looked her up on the wiki.

Karma Karma's tether has an indicator as well, doesn't it?

Malz's ult is a tether, but since there's no completion effect (and it can't be broken by moving; an ally has to break it with cc), I don't think we need a range indicator on it.

Same with fiddles, actually; no completion effect -> not necessary, IMO.

For Karma and Leblanc, though, I'd love to see this feature implemented.
