Thresh, a ranged champion?

As a Thresh main, this may be a little biased, but I have explanations for my points here. So, looking at the upcoming item Knight's Vow (which seems very strong but that's besides the point), I saw that it said that the % values for damage healed and damage transferred was halved for ranged champions. Thresh is a champion who has a ranged auto attack, but plays with a melee kit. The only real ability that's considered to be a threat at range is his hook, but the thing is, champions like Blitzcrank and Nautilus have a similar ability, with close to the same range, but are melee champions. Don't you think Thresh gets the short end of the deal when it comes to things like this?

It's understandable that Thresh being considered a melee champion with that much of an auto attack range would be a bit broken, as he could abuse things like the Bandit mastery. I wouldn't want Riot to nerf his auto attack range to compensate either, as that makes his E passive a lot less significant, which is a big part in Thresh's laning phase. I don't think I'd want changes to Thresh and his auto attack, nor do I think Riot would change it, but I'm just throwing it out there as food for thought.

Thresh is fine.

Like I said, I don't think he needs any changes either. He'll never be a champion that's too weak or too strong. I was just thinking about it, and wanted to see what others think.

Well, it would stop the false bug reports about his interaction with Relic Shield.
