As much as Le Blanc as always been a strong burst mage, It feels like she just got buffed.... I've never had much problem against her even when she had her silence it was a competitive match, just played a game against her where she hit lvl 3 an in less then a second did 650 dmg with one combo and ignite(which still had time when I died) also the tether range on her snare is retarded... she was in red pit and I made it to the edge of river and she still snared me, another time she was in the middle of mid lane and i made it into the river bush and it still snared me.... Lastly after the stupid dmg she did to me lvl 3 i tried to sit back until she used her q on a minion and then i went in ( middle of mid lane) for half a sec to place Malz DOT on a minion and immediatly turned around to go back to turret and she already has her q back and managed to jump from behind her minions q me and throw her snare while im in turret range and jump back out before I can even auto attack. Also (still only died once at this point) lvl 5 I believe, She jumps in(didn't hit me) throws q and i dodge snare and she ignites and gets two auto attks off and kills me... she should not miss her only two skill shots, land one instant skill and be able to nuke someone down

Other assassins either got nerfed directly or by gameplay shifts.

I somehow feel like there's exaggerations and lies in this. Her snare range is less than morgs, meaning that your scenario is impossible. Her q cd is more than 0.5 seconds, it has a base of 6. Her level three bases are 275 with a scaling of 2.4. Leblanc would need 156 ap (assuming no pen or res) to do that much damage. At level 5, the bases of her damage is 105+132. Ignite adds 150 damage. Without pen or resistances, she deals 287 damage and would need a staggering 1187 ap to kill a level 5 malz with q>aa>aa>ignite.

LB was "strong" for about one season as prior to her ult change, playing her was like playing urgot and now she's lost most of her utility so she's really feast or famine.
