Do we need no cast time on Cass'sQ and Azir's W?

I think Cass and Azir are 2 champs with not much escape skills. Riot should make Cass' Q and Azir W with no cast time, so it will be more fun to play.

No cast time or castable while moving. Cass really needs this, and while I haven't played azir yet, from videos it's a bit of a problem.

yeah you have to stop a bit with W-Q combo which is really anoyying. With the W range is too short plus the delay, whenever you do W-E dash it likes you can just walk to that distance.

Yes, she would be much better for that change as she is fairly immobile unless she lands Q, and having to stop and cast it can be fatal.

You have a w slow and a q speed boost - another reason why she's a higher skill cap champion. If you really have to get away wq and ult the enemy in the face. Works almost every time.
