I still find support dull

Is it just me? You get a lot of people hyping it up these days but I still find it really boring for the most part.

The only times support ever picks up a bit for me is if I'm either a) playing Blitz or b) roaming. I find bottom excruciating, it doesn't help that you see Leona/Thresh/Leona/Thresh every single game (and both of them basically play out the exact same so it's just a coin toss).

Then again I'm not fond of ranged ADCs and I don't really dig the concept of babysitting one player in general, soo.

Support really is dull but I main it. I cry inside when I see my adc missing 60% of all the cs because he/she autoattack full healths minions to get cs. When you see that you know why support is boring. If the adc makes a shitty mistake they blame the support and if they make a deadly mistake the support always dies too because supports don't have excapes really.

The problem is that you have to gamble that your adc is not a retarded moron. You can make plays as a support, but you can't prevent the enemy from making plays on your adc unless you pick Leona or Thresh.

That's why everyone picks Leona or Thresh.

Because you think Support is about baby sitting a player. So yes it's just you.

If it isn't babysitting a player then why does no one other than a ranged ADC have someone running a duo lane where they shield, heal, peel for and protect them? Please explain if I'm wrong, I'm all ears.

Because you see peeling, healing and saving lives, catching people with a Thresh hook as baby sitting doesn't mean it is.

I see it as babysitting, a lot of others do, probably best if we just leave it at that.
