Hey guys! I can't possibly be the only one who finds the 
announcer hilarious. I love listening to him instead of the lady for a change, so here is my question... why doesn't Riot sell Announcer Packs, such as this one? I know other MOBAs like HoN have done this before, so why not LoL?
Riot, if you'd sell this stuff, I'd buy it! Certainly more interesting than chroma skins! ;)

This would be a good idea. However, I think that announcers should cost IP instead of RP.
They wouldn't sell them for IP, too much work to go into creating a voice pack.

You say both of them, the OP is suggesting they make more than these two and allow them to be bought yet you seem to be against the Idea despite it not being forced on you.

agree with this, why give it free, its a lot of work to make a voice pack, it seem very unfair to be free

Making a million voice packs is a waste of time, resources and funds. They can make more epic things rather than create more voice packs.

Because of customer demand and because if they sell them it won't be a waste? Why do they make Ward Skins? Why do they make Player Icons? Stop acting like Riot is just a small indie game studio that has limited resources and funds and they can't afford to take risks when creating products.
For gods sakes they made Chromas.
And any way "More epic" is a subjective statement.

Domovoy3 votesDoTA does this and it's awesome. Jim Cunnignham, the VA who voiced Rucks in Bastion and the Transistor in Transistor, has a announcer pack for DoTA and it sounds awesome. I can say I would pay a pretty hefty sum for a Tahm Kench voice over.
