Bard
Is Bard in a healthy condition right now? I think that if his ult could heal or do damage it would increase his solo potential. It seems like he is the only champion that cannot 1v1 evenly.

Bard is very healthy right now. He takes some practice to get down, but he does INSANE damage as a support late game and has amazing utility.
Bard 1v1s like a boss. Just have to know how to play him correctly.
His ult is already a large zhonya's besides he wasn't really meant to be a solo laner...he was designed to be a roaming support.
Adding damage or a heal to the ult would be ridiculous, especially since he can lay down 3 healing shrines.
supports like Bard 1v1 very efficiently trough kiting
