The Real Problem With Dynamic Queue

I've found a problem recently with the Queue which is really starting to bug me. I mean the UI is nice, I like choosing my roles. But what I can't handle is the fact that in the long queue times I can't admire Draven. Riot I ask for the new patch to let me admire Draven.

i thinkt he real problem is that it makes lane phase much more important for now that everyone is getting their natural rules, it makes curve stomps more obvious, it makes it obvious who the better "mid lane main" is
