Why wasnt LeBlanc Nerfed

LeBlanc is Easily the most over powered assassian even before the 5.2 patch , and now the gap is growwing even larger. She has simple mechanics , easy mechanics , rediculous burst damage , and to low of cooldowns. In my opinion assassians should be able to bully farm laners out of lane during early stages of the same , and should absolutly not be able to 1 burst a champion completely at level 3 can get out for free. Of all AP assassians to nerf after the removal of Dfg you picked champions with low win rates instead of Leblanc ( the most free elo champion ) . You make Leblanc the most broken champion is league of legends since the new season and there is no reason a champion this early in the season should be so much better than the rest when it comes to mid lane . She can be played by anybody . i 1st time went 1st time Leblanc in ranked and went 26-2-13 , and was able to 1 kill both thier mid and jg at lv 4 without using any sums. That souldnt be possible in my opinion . I would sujest nerfing her E base damage , because it scales like fizz' , but she can jump back immedeatly and has high base damage before the patch even happened. Riot choose to nerf a much weaker champion is next to every way and kept a long time secert OP that is becoming more and more popular to continue to faceroll their keyboard and win games
