Lv 5 Rengar? But Not Quite [Champion Mastery]

Well It says im Lv 5 Evelynn but It has a Rengar head on it, and bellow Its supposed to be Heimerdinger but it shows Rumble and yet I don't even have him.

Ive tried relogging, refreshing its still there is this a bug or something?

Also for some reason I cant [Ctrl + 6] In game to bring up my Lv 5 Mastery Emote anymore anyone know why?
