More functionality for the camera

I think that for the most part, the camera is pretty good in League, but i could be better. More options like being able to lock the camera to a relative position around the player instead of only being able to lock it centered to the player would be pretty nice for laning, as would things like increasing the max zoom out distance and being able to lock the zoom distance. All of these examples are fairly niche, but I know that I personally would use all of them. What do y'all think?
