Trolls in ranked

I bet you all know the problem that some players think it is funny to troll in a ranked game. so i thought about a vote bouton that is avaiable for every player in the lobby to decide if you should kick a player or not at least 3 player have to vote for yes to kick the player. In the moment you have to leave the lobby and you lose points if you don´t want to play a game with annie adc ahri support botlane with revive and teleport as spells or if someone in the lobby missklicked and locked the wrong champion in, the team would have the chance to close the lobby by voting to ban this player and they would be in the que aggain

Each time this is brought up, I say the same thing;

What about the people who play a non-meta champion, but is not trolling? People are jerks, and will kick them solely on the grounds that they don't like it.

I hardly care what happens before the game starts if its too late to do anything after the game starts and nothing to be done after the game ends I'll take whatevere solution I can before games even start

so if you lose a promo game because someone trolls is ok for you everytime you try to gain a higher elo?

i love to play non metas too but i would say there is a difference between trolling and a new meta thats why i wrote down "annie adc and ahri support with revive and teleport" the risk that some people are kicked out of the lobby because they play no meta champs is there but to be honest the lol community is so shitty and we have no chance to stop someone from trolling in ranked games that is not fair if 4 people have no chance to win a game just because 1 person trolls and as i said the player who is kicked is able to start another game where he maybe has more luck to play his non meta
