(Only Bronze but this is still a problem)

I used to love the fact that I could queue solo and get put against 5 other random players that didn't know each other or at best 2 of them were due. You would then work on equal grounds to win the game. Now I queue as solo and get put against a team where 4 of them are premade. This just puts me at a disadvantage straight away. their top laner was tryndamere which will usually do fine on his own and not really need too much jungle attention. That then leaves the jungler and the support to put all there focus onto my lane (mid) Because obviously the ADC wasn't premade with them so they naturally wont care about helping that player as much as their friend. So now I have to play a lane that is pretty much 3v1 as my jungler was premade with my bot lane so he put all his time there. Not only am I playing against 3 people solo. I am playing against 3 people that will all be communicating via comms software.

Fair enough Dynamic queue is fun to be able to play ranked with friends of any number. But all it does is belittle the people that enjoy the solo experience or don't have any friends online to queue with at that time.

When this was first introduced it was meant to be in alongside the usual soloQ but instead they have decided to have it replace it.

Ranked 5's are being brought back. Why cant they do this with soloQ also?

They want the game to be more focused on playing with friends, but it also makes the game worse for the person that wants/has to play solo.

I'm also plat but I don't think its a problem because I care more about getting better so I don't even realize if enemies are premade

Well I dont focus on stuff I can't change it's just stupid. If a premade is in my game I will likely forget 3 minutes into the game anyway so I wouldn't know who is a premade

That doesn't change the fact that you/the opposing team have premades which have the benefits of being premade.

It still affects the game, it still affects your winloss ratio.

You covering your ears and pretending it doesn't exist doesn't mean that it does not affect you. It still does.

I simply care about getting better. Rank isn't my main priority. Every death and every loss makes me see I can improve on something. I don't care if the odds are stacked against me. I'm not "covering my ears" I just don't care enough about premades being in my game.

Except you won't be getting better.

You'll be getting a lot of premades against you. I'll assume you're a soloQ player; That's at least one solo Q player on your team, leaving 4 of them to potentially be premade, while the other 5 on the enemy team could all be premade.

Finally, Riot has tried to make premade groups more visible. It's not perfect, but it's a step in the right direction.

Anyways. More premades on enemy teams = a lot less win ratio. If you lose more, doesn't matter what your lp is, your MMR will sink, pairing you up with worse people. But it doesn''t matter what MMR you have; All MMRs have a ton of premades, so, if you keep going on about like this, you're MMR will keep sinking, pairing you up with other low MMR people. You aren't getting better. The people you get paired with are getting worse. I assume your skill and other things which contribute to a victory aren't getting any worse. So yeah, you end up eventually winning at the point where everyone is so bad you can carry out from the low MMR back to the original MMR you were in, and it continues.

The only way to get "better" effectively and efficiently is to play with and against people who have high MMR.

A ranked game with 9 bronzies will teach you less than a normals with 4 plats.

Not only that, there will be even larger bridges; if you're in divisions 1,2,3, or 4, you can drop down. At 5, you don't have to worry about dropping down, but getting kicked out of any of gold 1 plat 2 silver 3 bronze 4 or whatever means you have to go through the whole "win X out of 3 matches" promotion system.

You did say you didn't care about ranked, but dropping out of a division into a lower one likely pairs you with people that are worse at the game than those who were in the division you originally were.

Get to gold 5, stop playing ranked for the season.

I said Rank wasn't my main priority this doesn't mean I don't care about ranked. My main priority is getting better my rank is just a reward on the side

Get to gold 5, stop playing ranked for the season.

But my goal is to get good enough to make it to Diamond this season :(

oh i feel you. support is the most rewarding role hands down. when you carry a game as a support, there is no room for debate. you were the man. but relying on a random botlaner each game, really really sucks. it doesn't help that most of the time people are mute in champ select, so they might pick an ADC counter-intuitive to your support pick.

Why do you all act as if only premades in the enemy team matters? In my last game i had a gold 2 jungler who seems like he shouldn't even be in gold with his 48% winrate. Ofc he had to jungle against a plat 2 who just roflstomped every lane during laning phase. Outganking our gold 2 jungle, outfarming and taking every objective. Yeah congratz, game was already won. Thanks dynaQ to allow people with a whole tier difference to rank up together. So much fun. And his premade mid wasn't better considering he managed to deal a whopping 16k dmg to champions in a 40 mins game. But no there is no problem with boosted ass monkeys in higher elo.

I have no argument for this at all. It does work both ways. for example in the exact game that I posted about we had our jungler premade with our bot lane. Therefor while the enemy were all fucking me in mid. He was staying bot all the tome and only focusing on helping his friends

y i know. Was playing against a three men premade in my last gp game. Riven top vs me. She was solo i fucked her pretty hard 0/6 or 0/7. Xin was there once (the premade jungler) didn't really care for objectives or farming, only helping his premades on bot. Though he was gold 2 so the same scenario i had the game before. A gold 2 just can't compete on this lvl of play. And that's why i'm sick of dynQ. On my smurf i'm currently playing i'm doing my placements right now. I legit play like a potato because i want to feed and lose to get placed into bronze. But they are so bad compared to me that i still manage to kill them even when i just fuck around and now riot comes and thinks it's a good idea to place them against a higher tier....

If you focus on getting better more than focusing on premades and your teammates you will climb faster. Also I don't care if my allies are premades either, probably should've said that :P

As a solo Support in ranked, the system matching in ranked sucks. I look at any supports in the promotion phase and the history shows they are pre-made. It seems the game is just not meant for a solo player and doubles down on solo support. Exciting game and fun game when things are evenly matched.

But I've worn out after only 2 weeks in ranked and 23 games (7-16). Three games lost due to players leaving the game in a hissy, but most games are so obviously tilted in one direction or another. I've only had a couple games that were evenly matched (and fun as hell). I consider 2 games bad for me, where the bot duo were premades and clearly better players. Most the other games are lost at top or mid that has a bronze player. How anyone thinks a bronze and a gold should be matched against one another is beyond me.

It's better than normals, where people consistently do not care. But even more frustrating when it's so obviously mismatched or I'm pleading with my team to help me ward. Or pleading with a bronze to stop trying to engage when they are 3 levels behind. I'll go back to normals for a short bit, but I've loaded some other games to see if I can get some better low level competitive play.

Yeah..played as support blitz. 1 of the premades was silent the whole game, the other 3(including the adc) were trashtalking me for the first 10 minutes, spam pinging me, calling me retard etc etc.

But apparantly to them, that's a hilarious joke, as after 15 minutes, everyone started being nice.

Then we started losing and they went back to blaming me.

So a premade being toxic to a soloQ is just an amusing joke...

I know the feeling. I;m also a support main. But as it stands a playing support at this ELO is pretty much impossible to climb without a premade. My main champ is thresh, the amount of time that I have made pick on an out of position ADC and gone all in for an easy kill. Them my team stands back and does nothing or decides to focus the tank and then they flame me for dying -_-. Support is just a thankless role because if they do follow the person that gets the kill wants all the glory. and if they dont follow and you die you're 'retarded' for trying to go in 'alone'. THat is the main reason I am trying to transition into more of a carry role and trying to stick to playing ahri mid and Lissandra top as they are 2 champions I can perform well on and more often than not I can consistently get a lead in lane.

That doesnt bother me as much at the moment as I am only bronze myself. I personally feel that I can achieve at least silver so I quite like the fact that I can play against silver players to see how well I can hold against them. But I do understand that this could be a problem at higher ELO as a gold player is obviously not going to be as skilled as a plat

I said bring soloQ back for the people that dont wanna have to play with a 4 man premade who will just ignore you all game and play as their little group and I dont have to play against 4 man premades and get cluster fucked 4v1 all game.

Pretty simple request you just have to read it right to understand it

Well, find some friends to play with? Theirs millions of online users a day, 50% of them are Brz and Silver, it can't be that hard. I've had the same group of friends that I met since I started in S3, we've grown together. From the depths of Brz to bottom of Gold, ya its not much but we enjoy each other and we've learned to play around each others strengths and weaknesses. We rarely lose together anymore cause our teamwork is bar none in our elo. We've also met others along the way that have become trusted teammates.

I just think instead of complaining about something you really can't do anything about, embrace it and meet people to play with.

Really though I dont see the problem with implementing soloQ back into the game. As I stated I never once said to remove DynamQ or to replace it with the old soloQ as it does have its perks for people that do want to play with more than just 1 friend but dont have enough people for a ranked 5's team.

I personally dont like queuing with others as a premade. Especially people that I dont know because I know that I cant consistently perform to the best of my ability. Thats natural because everyone has bad games. But I dont want to be the reason that someone else (that was willing to spend their time and ELO to queue with me) has to lose games. How I see it if om gonna lose a game I'd rather do it by myself and as long as I feel that I played that specific game to the best of my ability I am fine with that. I can just look back on replays to see how I could have played a certain part better and to pick up on mistakes I made.

Who said that? Cause i remember even when we had soloQ ,people still complained about duos in rankeds.Instead of giving us pure soloQ they gave this dynamic crap ,even tho nobody asked for that.

If you had voice chat, there would be no guarantee that the OTHER PLAYERS would have mics/earbuds or whatever, be willing to voice chat, have sound turned on(people mute sound to avoid ping spamming, or some other reasons), be willing to cooperate, not be toxic etc.

Premades don't have to deal with any of that.

Because it doesnt fix the problem. Even with voicechat premades have the advantage as they choose the players they are matched with, as such they can use the voicechat more effectively. On the other gand, soloes even with voicechat wont achieve as much coordination as a premade team.

Because Riot said they will brng back soloq, so they did not find a reason to complain since they would not have played dynamic in the first place. Now they are forced to play dynamic no matter what they want.

I just put in voice chat and this little button that prevents you from being with premades at all
