ARURF is a bad idea

ARURF is probably the worst way to "fix" the issue regarding people spamming certain OP champions. I feel the better way to go about this is to implement the draft pick system into the URF queue. Each player gets a ban (totaling 10 banned champions). Then you can PICK your champion. It can even be Blind after the banning phase. It's just REALLY unfair when a team gets a full team of broken champions and you're stuck with a rather bad hand of champions then you get to sit through a 20 minute game while they just farm kills.

Seriously, do this and EVERYBODY would be happy. The entire concept of ARURF is a good idea on paper, but in practice it's clearly a broken system.

Old URF was trash...all people using the same champs without counter...

Now this mode at least is a bit more fun.

then we would see the next same 20 OP champions every match, community can't play URF without tryharding

This is so true. For the love of god, please do away with ARURF permanently and bring back our beloved Definitely Not Dominion, or even Nexus Siege. I hate this mode where I can't even pick my champ. What a waste of time.

@thread we need pick/bans AND a curated champion pool. The hyper toxic champions like sona, katarina, kass, camille, etc should just be removed from URF.

This is exactly how I feel. I've played a few today and they were rather boring, as I got stuck on the garbage comp team while the other team had the spamming OP champs. Had to sit through 20 minutes of no fun deaths. Got old.
