spirit visage vayne?
i've seen the buffs to vayne's ult giving her 1/5 of her max hp back when she damages an enemy that dies 3 seconds later are we going to have to worry about her going top with

FrenzyZealot1 votesI don't think so because vayne by default has a lot of counter picks and counter play in the top lane, also in most of her matchups as far as early game goes, her sustain doesn't give her a very big edge. Also, even for top vayne without the buffs, I don't think any good item builder or vayne player in general would sacrifice a second or third item for a spirit visage. That's more of a fifth or sixth item for vayne regardless of what lane she is played. But even then, that is usually only built if she is against not a bursty team, but a short ranged team with very consistent damage. Examples: sion, ezreal, corki, malphite, katarina, etc. So in the end, I don't actually think you will ever see spirit visage on a vayne in top lane, with or without the buff. -Frenzy
