No.

Personally I don't think she needs any more nerfs. Just don't play brain dumb around her. Her early game already sucks pre-6 for a good Mid-game which drops off late game hard, because her AP scaling is pretty underwhelming and she relies on a single target hard cc, Charm, meaning and are very effective.

Champions like And plenty others can right out Delete Ahri in a second with little to no outplay with her Base HP is already very low. And they scale better in the late game too.

He win-rate is high right now, is because games are ending early in the mid game area more often.

I don't think they'll nerf any time soon, they need to milk the chromas she got recently..
