Magical boots into tier 2?
I'm stupid. Slightly Megical Boots give plus 10mvmnt speed. When i buy tier 2 boots, do I keep the extra 10 mvment speed? or does it go back to normal speed of whatever tier 2 boots original speed is?

Yes, you keep the 10 bonus ms. You can look at the tier 2 boots to see unique passive. It should say +10 ms in that area.
