People picking bad adcs in rankeds

Literally the last 5 games i've played there were really bad adc picks such as xerath kha'zix yasuo etc. Is this a new meta or something? It's honestly so annoying and the people who choose those champions as adc fail botlane miserably. Like at least i want to understand if it's just my bad luck (as always) or it's happening to other people..

Well it’s not like half of the adc roster is borderline unplayable anyway. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I honestly expected you to complain about Sivir or Kalista on your team but this is on a whole other level.

Maybe because the game isn't fun for them anymore and they play what they want.
