Talking bad or nah

Just had my entire team flame for talking during a match, my entire team, citing that I didn't get many kills and my talking was why.

I did not talk during fights, only when farming (I was jungle for reference) and while dead, and would constantly be told to shut up. They would consistently say I almost lost us the game because of it. We dominated that game.

My reason for little kills is because I was Poppy jungle, full tank. Is it really THAT bad to talk a good bit throughout the game while not really doing anything?

It's kinda this wierd thing where people who have toxic tendencies will be triggered by you typing anything, which causes you to respond, which causes them to escalate, and repeats. So while there is nothing wrong with typing, if your goal is to avoid toxicity, don't type too much.
