Riot creates troll/support role

Ok, just quick post, I just hope somebody will read this. I am nep0zeljan, currently g3, and I am so pissed off rigth now, since in last 10 games, I am getting so troll supports, players who never play support role, and ruind my game, another after another. That "new system" is the worst thing which happened in this game. Every game you got troll and ppl who play malza, veigar, lee, darius etc. as supp. IS that what you wanted Riot? Who cares about waiting times in lobby, if you are gonna ruin my entire game? Let ppl play roles which they want, if that mean 15 min. in lobby, let it be. Figure out some new reward for players whos playing supp, boost their ip, idk. This must stop as soon as possible, cause there are too many toxic behavior because of this...

You know, the Internet can be awesome when you can get information on demand. I pulled up the last 10 games you had from when you posted this and it appears you are very good at grossly exaggerating your problem with trolls. Of the last 10 games only 1 had a support troll. Every other game has had a traditional support character building as you would expect them to (sightstones, face of mountain, etc.).

the last 10 games your support looked like this:

Leona 1/3/17 Sona 1/4/15 Troll - Malphite or Malzahar Alistar 2/8/9 Nami 0/6/13 Braum 0/5/6 Karma 0/7/14 Thresh 7/9/14 Karma 1/8/15 Leona 0/7/10

So please elaborate on how these are trolls? I get that they don't normally play the support role, but some of them did very well and I think you are hyperboling.

How is Malzahar a troll support? It's a legit support pick. A ton of early damage for trades and at lvl 6 you should pretty much be able to kill one of them easy.

Veigar can definitely work as a support as well. Just get Relic shield on him, so you can still farm with Q (i'm sure you don't know what Relic shield but it will share some amt of CS so he can get CS and you do too), and his stun wall is fabulous, and he scales by just hitting enemies too so he scales up into a threatening APC support with damage as well.

I main support and right now I primarily pick Brand/Zyra/Malzahar because ADCs are awful right now and trusting them to get to a point where they can or will carry is a bad gamble.

As a support main who does off meta alot.

Most champions can support but with some champions you will have to do a silly build like AP nasus.

Examples of off meta supports (though to win lane i do take some liberties of pushing hard). Wukong, AP Nasus, Both shred armour and good burst and both have good aoe ults in fights also if your wukong has a black cleaver a Q and Ult will instantly destroy the whole team's armour with no trouble.

Kled, for me and the other psycho kled mains only, good leashing, his tower diving is bullshit good to do with his adc or other allies, if he loses skaarl during cc he becomes cleansed, good high risk high reward (just keep an eye on his courage meter it does fill up fast.

Riven, CC? what is that?, mobility peeling out the butt, cc ftw and good burst.

Volibear, Sion, Maokai.

Malzahar is actually one of the strongest supports at the moment.

It is a legitimate pick.
