i remb something that riot said in a video saying that once you get to a decent level instead of champion capsules you start getting skin capsules anyone know what lvl that starts at and if it actually is real?
Where on earth did they ever say that? O_o As far as I've seen in videos and read in FAQs and such you only gain Champion shards from leveling up.

Eeh, better bring the video/interview with the actual quote cause otherwise, you may just be remembering wrong and making this up.

The only thing thats remotely worth anything out of those capusules are the gemstones, you get one at lvl 150 and then one every 50 levels after that (200, 250, etc).
