Option to choose mastery level emotes at Client Emote Inventory

I don't see why the mastery emotes shouldn't be "unlocked" rather than only being able to use the one corresponding to your current mastery level. For me, I much prefer 4 and 5 over 6 and 7. I switched to 6 when it came out and did not like it, but there is no way to revert the change.

There should be an option to change your mastery emote. Currently, there is even a Emote Inventory on the client where this can be done with other emotes.

This seems like a easy thing to address considering nothing can be done on Riot's side from my conversations with support.

Again, there is no hard changing of data or anything on the account, simply the option to choose from the different mastery emotes you have "unlocked".
