Creating a More Efffiecent team System for Ranked Flex

I have always been a huge fan of watching the LCS and the Chalnger series also, but i always come into question of how do the teams make it ther eare they selected based of what riot sees as the top tier challanger teams or so ever. I have an idea that i would like to pass along to others in hope that people may see and wish for the same vision as I . The vision that i am talking about is a service like MLG, UMG, AND ESEA. Places where we can make dedicated teams, recruit players to these teams and play and various tournaments. The tournaments could be created based on your teams average mmr or even elo and would seperate the challlanger from playing against a bronze and etc. I jsut
