you are aware, the changes intend to nerf marksmen, right?

the entire point is to push out their 3 item power spikes by making the items more expensive, and making it harder to burst down other squishies.

Actually it's going to be a buff to ADC agency. Right now you pretty much HAVE to wait for 2+ items to do anything in a game, and after 3 items you melt everything in ur fucking path and the goal of the game becomes "who can kill the enemy ADC first".

With these changes, you will spike harder at 1-item/2-items, BoRK rushes will mean have you more agency to trade without your support, but since it isn't multiplicative crit scaling going on, you will not demolish everything in the game at 3 items (unless you're still going crit build, but I doubt crit ADCs will be any good after this patch).

Essence Reaver will probably be broken. Then again, I'm talking from a perspective of a Lucian player.
