Making the 3 minute surrender option available even without DC

So this may be crazy, but hear me out here. Think of all the times you have been in a champion select and you already have a super toxic person. You shouldn't have to play with this dude especially if they are feeding as well. I shouldn't be forced to take the L especially in ranked when the game experience is ruined from minute one and I could have to deal with them for 60 minutes at the worst. If say 4 people voted at 3 minutes and the game ends in a tie.

It'd be abused. Let's take jungle invaders for example. Let's say Blue Team Invades Red Jungle and catches the jungler on his own and kills him but instead of staying away the ADC and Support shows up a few seconds later to try and push Blue Team out of their jungle so their jungler doesn't lose his Blue Buff resulting in both of them getting killed. The first minion waves haven't even spawned and you're already three kills down so why not end the game in the tie so that you don't lose the game at all. Not gonna lie I'd abuse such a convenient vote so I can protect my LP and possible avoid a loss on my promos and many others would too. Even if you said the ff players still loss a small LP amount like 3 or 5 it's still better than the 17-22 range of loss.

you posted this in the wrong sub board. this needs to go into M&G because this is an absolute joke. it's bad enough players spam it at the 15 minute mark when they wanna leave. they don't need it available 12 minutes earlier and spamming it then. if you truly want to leave just eat the lp and leave on your own terms. don't force 3 others to say yes when they don't want to.
