Is Ashe good enough in compare with other ADC's

I just played a game with Ashe, early game was feeling good but after a while, the jumps and dashes and speeds of other champion abilitys were just to fast to dodge them all. I've asked my self whether if she would even be comparable to other ADC's. If you look at Draven, Jhinx, Jhin, Kalista, Lucian, Caitlyn after the rework, Quinn, Vayne... They all have some kind of dashes or abilitys to take them a little farther away from the attacker...or stun them utleast. Doesnt Ashe deserve the same? Isnt she forgotten by Riot? They made a rework on her but still, she is just to slow, to fragile in team fights. For example if you are feeded Ashe, and not feeded Reng just jumps from hes ult, he is gonna kill you just because you dont have that 1 sec away from him you need.. you can just stand and shoot him and hope for the best. I just dont think she is for this league, delete her or give the woman some speed.
