Towers?

I just wanna hear some peoples thoughts. Towers, Turrets, whatever you call them. Many people I've played with and I myself believe they are far underpowered in their current state. I remember Riot working with them, having them grant champions shields, giving them laser beams of death, and giving them what they are now. Balls the ramp up in damage per shot. I just feel like someone IN LCS shouldn't be tanking Thirty OneTower shots and coming out alive. Even if he was a mid game tank with a large shield. This is just too much.

Honestly by this point because he was a really fed tank and was getting lots of shields and stuff from team so it doesn't bother me as much. What does bother me is people taking 3 or 4 shots well tower diving at level 4... I would love to see a weakining over time effect from the towers where they punish super hard early, and then get weaker by the end of the game ( like they currently do but the damage at the start is too weak).

Towers are not under powered, if you want them to be stronger and to chunk a Tank after 4 shots then you are also asking to one shot adc's or squishy mids and junglers.

Nami heals, Lee Sin shields, Nautilus shields, and he was only tanking the turret; the enemy champions didn't attack him pretty much at all. 3 separate survivability forms on a mid/late-game tank building heavy armor and high HP, I honestly don't see a problem with it. If he was being focused, I could see that as a problem, but he wasn't.

4 Armor items + heals and shields. Additionally, the second turret did reset multiple times.

Ignoring the fact that he had a ton of heals and shields in that clip, if towers were strong enough to the point where they can effectively protect you mid-late game, then games would never end. The only effective way to take turrets mid-late game is by diving and if you can't do that because turrets are so strong, then your only option left is to have your ADC pick away at it for 10 minion waves which is boring and unfun to have to do. If you're at a point where you have to rely on your turrets to win the game for you, then you deserve to lose the game to begin with.
