High ping when connected to router

So for past 2-3 days I've been having high ping when I am connected to router (usually around 200-300, but sometimes it rises up to a 600 or even 900ms). When I share mobile network with USB it gets back to normal (65ms tops). I tried restarting router and using flush DNS command in command prompt but it didn't help. Any suggestions of what should I do?

There was a patch that made my ping shoot up, i think it was like 7.14.

Before that patch i was on a constant 20-30 ms and it never shot up to anything above 70-80, now im on a constant 40-60 ms and it shoots up to 200+ (pretty frequently.)
