New timer

So Riot please check this out. I would love if you could make an option. For the in game timer to be set closer to the map. Just like make an option in the options menu so that we can change it there. It doesn't need to be final. justi include it so we can swap it closer to the map. Iwould love it if it could be possible. Would help my gameplay a lot.
