Singed MUST BE STOPPED!!

One of my favorite things about League of Legends is its ability to offer counter-play. Champions like Syndra (R), and most importantly Singed, really lack outplay potential. One very popular high elo Singed main Singed420 (Diamond1) comments, "Proxy (SInged) technically has no counter-play"(5:41). The only counter play he suggests is to shut him down when he tries to proxy, but even then the champion's most efficient primary goal is to create a distraction so your team can create an advantage. Even if you deal with him nine times he will always come back and do the same thing. Being a slightly high elo player myself, (Finished d2 S6) I feel that the champion should at least be acknowledged that he needs a change or an update. If you haven't been in a game and experienced this situation, it is only a matter of time. In the end it would be amazing if Riot changed this unintentional outdated strategy.
