Voice coms dumb? Or good Idea?
I think that voice coms provide a bad voice for bad players. People who are learning the game shouldn't be able to speak while playing.

voice coms tend to reduce toxicity I think since someone can make calls. look at the Counter strike series people are quiet in clutch situations, pretty much always say nice try, make in game call outs of needed info. Then the occasional game you get someone abusing it you can always mute them but from my experience its like 1 in 10 games I get that 1 person.
When someone posts a discord and you get like 3-4 members of your team in there I find the game much more enjoyable and I dont think I've lost 1 of them yet.
