You litterally cannot pick a melee without a hardgapcloser if you wanna be relevant vs his current abomination like form it's disgusting. You should quite litterally be ashamed of your balance team. And Jhin isnt even the cherry of the cake look at stuff like Irelia and Akali? These kits can never ever be balanced by numbers they need another rework in their own.
