Is it possible to remove the abilities bar or move it around atleast?

Hello, I play Blitzcrank alot and many times I go to flash pull or hexflash and pull and my q I end up clicking in my abilities bar which makes my q not go off. I was wondering if it was possible to remove it or atleast move it. I have played Blitzcrank for a while and I know when his abilities are up and aren't so I don't really need to have it. I was wondering if it was possible to remove it.
