twisted fate's Pick a Card (W) is an auto-attack. Ergo it should be able to crit and apply lifesteal

Every other auto-attack modifier that causes the entire attack to deal magic damage can still crit and apply lifesteal (See: Viktor's siphon power). In fact, Viktor's siphon power also causes any associated Sheen or Triforce procs to deal magic damage rather than physical. Why doesn't Pick a Card do that? Because Twisted Fate is an old champ. There is literally no other reason; if Twisted Fate were released today, Pick a Card would be able to crit, and would apply lifesteal, for with Viktor's siphon power (and Skarner's new passive), a precedent has been set for auto-attack modifiers that cause the entire attack to deal magic damage. Twisted Fate should simply be brought in line with this new standard.
