smoother gameplay

dear riot, in my opinion you should consider making the game a bit smoother in older pcs(2 gb ddr2 ram , 256mb graphics card ) . i know that my pc is right on the minimum requirments of lol but many friends of many dont have the luxury to have an 5960x and a gtx titan. pls riot make it happen
