Vlad vs Zed

So unless anyone knew, Vladimir if he times his pool properly can actually prevent a zed ult. As in, he is not marked and the ult goes on it's complete cooldown, as if it was blocked by a banshee's veil. Is this intended?

I'd imagine so. Same applies to a Caitlyn ultimate, where if you go untargetable while she's aiming the projectile she gets a 5 second cooldown but if you go untargetable after the projectile fires (and before it hits) it goes on the full cooldown.

When is Vlad pool'ing? If he removes the mark when entering the pool that may be a bug, but if he's entering the pool and the mark would have popped while he was in it, that would be intentional.
